Hello Nikki! We are really pleased to have you as our Rosalie Hale and I can't wait to see you at the big screen.
How would you define yourself as a person? What's your biggest virtue and what's your worst defect?
Nikki replies: Hm...thats tough. I think its easier to talk about defects lol! I think because of my upbringing, and moving out of the house so young, I have a very tough exterior. It really comes from a place of trying to protect myself, since I never really felt protected as a kid. I had a lot of freedom, by nature I was always very rebellious, and it took a lot of self discipline for me to grow up as fast as I did. I'd say thats what I'm most proud of. I'm still learning how to be vulnerable, and trust...

Hi Nikki! Thanks for this chance!
I want to know how did you decided to be an actress? Did you always wanted to be an actress? Did you have another "child dream"?
We love you!
kisses
Steffi
Nikki replies: Growing up, I was insanely shy. I remember my mom begging me to enroll in drama camp as a kid, and I cried because I didn't want to go. ( I wanted to be in sports camp with my brother). Becoming an "actress" was never even a thought in my mind. I didn't have a specific career in mind, other than the normal "I want to be a vet" like all little girls who love animals do. I grew up riding horses, and I was in gymnastics, and I worked really hard to keep good grades because I was always getting permits to go to better schools that weren't in my neighborhood district. The long and short of it is that acting was not something I wanted to do since birth, it was just kind of something that happened, and even though I fought it (I went back to school after we finished shooting 13, and swore to never do it again), it kept finding its way back into my life....

What is your favorite movie of all time?
Nikki replies: I don't really have a favorite per se but I love Schindler's List, The Usual Suspects, Requiem For A Dream, Rainman.... the list could go on and on. It depends on my mood I guess. ha! Ask me tomorrow and I may say Moulin Rouge...lol
What do you look for in a script? What draws you?
Nikki replies: There are always a number of things that determine whether or not you actually want to do the film. You consider, who's directing, what other actors are attached, the budget, where/when it will be shot etc. Finding a good script, one that really brings you into the story, one that makes you feel something, doesn't happen too often, especially since I read so many, and convincing me that the one I'm holding is going to be "different" takes some effort. Its also so hard to tell what's going to be good until you sit down with the person who had/has the vision for it, whether its the writer, director or both. I'm fond of character driven pieces, and heavy dialogue pieces, only because I draw from those as a writer as well.
What is your favorite food?
Nikki replies: Food? Everything. Just say the word, I'm there :) Cuban food is probably #1 on my list.
